Indoors
Facing north, the villa rises over two levels, and has been designed to create a subtle sequence between its different living spaces.
In contrast to the exposed black concrete, traditional Moroccan materials have been used for the interiors : Tadelakt in the bedrooms, zelliges in the bathrooms and kitchen, and Bejmatte for the flooring on all floors.
Everything has been designed to give you a unique experience worthy of the finest hotels. You'll enjoy a dedicated Spa with a 48m² private Hammam area featuring a Jacuzzi and treatment cabin, a Home Cinema area and bar for intimate evenings, and a 25m² fully-equipped fitness room.
On the ground floor, you'll find living spaces bordered by four magnificent gardens with different themes, featuring a majestic living room with a singular décor embellished with a fireplace corner, art items and authentic furniture.
Upstairs are six spacious, sunny bedrooms (from 40 to 80 m²). Each has been luxuriously appointed, with its own bathroom and pleasant terrace.
Outdoors
The villa is superbly bordered by four lush gardens, distinguished by their different natures: the forest representing wilderness, the olive grove representing existing nature, the Andalusian garden and the orchard representing artificial and controlled nature.
The immense terrace, sumptuously furnished with a marble dining table, is the ideal place for convivial meals to be shared with family or friends. You can also enjoy a lounge area in the spirit of "Dolce Vita" and the beautiful 130m² swimming pool, protected by the garden like a secret oasis.

Location
The villa is located 20 km from the city centre, close to the Al Maaden and Royal Golfs.
Notes
It is possible to host up to two children per villa (in addition to adults) :
- No extra charge for children under 12 years old (extra bed and breakfast is complementary) and 50% discount on the children's meal (or kids menu available),
- Children 12 years and older : 60 euro supplement per night (extra bed, breakfast), 2 extra beds available per villa.
All meals are prepared by the villa's chef and his team. He can adapt the menus to special diets if necessary (vegetarian, vegan, etc.). Access to the villa's kitchen is restricted to the villa's staff.
If you wish to bring your own chef, the villa staff will help with the preparation of meals. In this case a minimum charge of 25 euros per person per meal will be applied.
You may bring your own alcoholic beverages yet a corkage fee will apply.
