Room 3
Children bedroom, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. , with shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. , with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, private terrace.

Note : 
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.
- All bedrooms have large wardrobes.


Indoors 

This 600 m² house is set in a pleasant garden.
It boasts beautiful interiors, with a harmonious blend of oriental and modern styles.
On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance hall with a first hall leading to the kitchen, bedroom no. 1, a second hall leading to the guest toilet, and the dining room and living room opening onto the outside.
The other bedrooms are upstairs.
There is also a study on this floor and a large central library (the bedrooms are on either side of the library).


Outdoors​ 

The property has a pleasant landscaped garden with vegetable patch and fruit trees.
You can also enjoy the lovely, comfortably furnished pergola, the 2 terraces (1 with dining table for 10, 1 with sun loungers), the Moroccan lounge area and the heatable swimming pool (12.5 x 3.5m - Depth: 1.6m).


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from the attentive services of a team made up of :
- 1 cook/maid and 1 housekeeper (permanently present during your stay and having their own bedroom with access to the outside of the house),
- 1 caretaker to look after the outside grounds and swimming pool (present during the day but not at night).
Shopping can be done by the cook/butler. Payment will be made directly to her on presentation of receipts.
Note: You are allowed access to the kitchen, but the cook is responsible for preparing the meals.


Location

The villa is located within Amelkis golf resort in Grappe 2 residential zone. It is ideally situated in a beautiful residence guarded day and night.
The centre of Marrakech is only a 15-minute drive away.
