You will find a large triple living room with fireplace, a dining area overlooking the pool and a lounge area.
The house has 7 beautiful bedrooms. Four of them are located on the ground floor of the main house and the large 60m² suite on the first floor. Two other bedrooms are located in a separate pavilion, where you can also enjoy a hammam and a massage room.

Outdoors

The house is set in an acre of land, in the heart of a secure estate.
You will enjoy the superb heatable swimming pool (12 x 6 m - Max depth : 1.60m), as well as the large terrace which offers a breathtaking view of the Atlas mountains.

The villa benefits from the full-time services of a housekeeper and a gardener.
Breakfast is included in the price.
The hammam need to be reserved 24h in advance.

Le cadre verdoyant, arboré, extérieur calme et la piscine.
Maison très agréable, chaleureuse, lumineuse.
Chambres confortables, très bonne literie, salle de bains dans chaque chambre.

The food, the room sizes and the cleanliness was good.
We had a good experience with a friendly concierge very helpful who let us have an early check in and late check out.

The house was hard to find, the location on the map has 2 different addresses it took us 2 hours to find. You need to have a meeting point to meet guests.

I wanted to thank Amaya and the whole Villanovo team sincerely for everything you arranged for our bachelor party in Marrakech.
The villa and all the services provided were excellent, and the entire group had an amazing time.
You made the experience truly memorable, and we really appreciate the professionalism and care you put into every detail.

Regarding the transfers, we have directly arranged everything with Jamal, who was driving us around during our stay — he was fantastic, by the way!

Wafa la cuisinière a été exceptionnelle durant tout notre séjour.
La cuisine était délicieuse et elle a gâté nos enfants.

La 7eme chambre est mal située, à côté de la buanderie et des cuisines.
Nous nous sommes organisés pour ne pas l’utiliser car il n'est pas agréable de loger là.

La superficie de la maison, le personnel et la tranquillité générale qui se dégage. Le jardin est très beau.

La villa était magnifique, un vrai havre de paix . Nous avons passé un séjour parfait , dans un cadre idyllique.

Nous sommes un peu déçu des petits déjeuners et du repas que vous avons eu sur place, à la villa.
Les petits déjeuners étaient souvent servi trop tard, et manquaient en quantité.

25 minutes du centre de Marrakech

Grande villa très spacieuse. Cuisine bien équipée. Bonne literie, belles salles de bain.

Les portes intérieures laisse passer le bruit.
Les baies coulissantes sont un peu difficile a manœuvrer.
Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas bien.
Une clim réversible défectueuse dans la chambre de gauche pavillon hammam.
Le hammam est long a mettre en température.
Le chauffage de la piscine plafonne à 22 ° ce qui dissuade de la baignade en plein hiver.
