Indoors 

The villa has been beautifully renovated. Modern comforts have been harmoniously combined with natural materials in soft colours and local craftsmanship.
There is a cosy living room with a fireplace, a beautiful dining room, a comfortable TV lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.
The property offers five suites in total. One of the suites is located in the outbuildings at the entrance and another in the Guest House at the bottom of the garden. The other three are in the main house.


Outdoors​ 

Everything has been thought out so that you can recharge your batteries and fully enjoy the benefits of the outdoors. Everything will encourage you to dream and relax.
You will appreciate the summer lounge and the landscaped garden with its lemon and orange trees.
You will also enjoy the pool (heated on request) with its "bed-chill" area and the summer dining room ideally placed in the shade of its planted pergola.


Staff & Services

You will benefit from the attentive services of the villa staff: a housekeeper and cook (at your service from 9am to 5pm, the cook lives on site in a room located in a separate building) and a maid.


Location

Situated in the heart of a secure estate of about thirty villas, the villa is only 20 minutes from the centre of Marrakech.
You will also be only 10 minutes from the main golf courses in the area (Golf Royal, Amelkis, Al Maaden).
