  In the main villa, on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace and the garden. The bedroom can offer 1 double bed or 2 single beds. Adjoining bathroom, with bath, indoor and outdoor walk-in shower. Separate toilets. The room also includes a desk, a bench and a dressing. Possibility of an additional bed (with supplement). Safe and wifi.
   
• Bedroom 2

  In the main villa, on the first floor, with direct access to 2 terraces with panoramic views. The bedroom can offer 1 double bed or 2 single beds. Adjoining bathroom with bath, separate WC. • Bedroom 5
  Located in a large outdoor pavilion, a few meters from the main villa. This large bedroom can offer 1 double bed or 2 separate beds. Living room with fireplace with 2 benches that can be converted into additional beds for 2 people (with supplement). Dressing room and safe, wifi. Large adjoining bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Separate toilets. Private garden. Large terrace open to the garden.
   
• Bedroom 6
  Located in a small outdoor wooden pavilion, a few meters from the main villa. This bedroom can offer 1 double bed or 2 separate beds, and a bench that can be converted into additional beds for a child (with supplement). Dressing, safe and wifi. Adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilets. Terrace open to the garden.
   
• Bedroom 7
  It is the largest room of the property. It is located in Garden's House, which is a separate pavilion a few meters from the main villa, facing the swimming pool. Equipped with a comfortable living room, a large fireplace with 4 leather armchairs, a double bed that can be transformed into 2 separate beds according to your choice. Library, dressing, adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilets. Large outdoor terrace opening onto the garden and the swimming pool, equipped with a bar and benches. This room can accommodate 2 additional beds (with supplement). Safe, wifi.

Indoors

Everything here has been designed to make the space welcoming:

A main villa with 4 bright and spacious rooms with private terraces, a warm dining room, a cozy lounge-fireplace and to enhance the moments of relaxation: a comfort reading room, music, games and TV. The villa has 2 kitchens: a service kitchen and a preparation kitchen with its particularly competent team. The villa and the outbuildings have a fiber optic wifi network that covers the entire property. The villa and pool are equipped with a BOSE sound system that allows you to listen to your own playlists with excellent sound quality.

In the garden, three separate pavilions are proposed as small private residences:

• A pavilion of 80 m²:

Here, fabrics, masks and African furniture mingle in a lodge spirit that is also found in the vast bathroom where a designer bath coexists with a spacious walk-in shower. This bathroom opens onto an outdoor garden such as a private oasis. The particularly spacious bedroom is equipped with a breakfast area, a beautiful fireplace room with 2 benches and a large terrace that opens onto a lawn of almost 500 m². The benches on each side of the fireplace can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people (with supplement). In this case, a curtain is drawn to separate the large room of this sperate alcove.

• A "nature" bungalow of 40 m², all in wood:

This bungalow, built in 2017, has lovely a 20 m² bedroom with a nice bench, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A terrace of 15 m² with armchairs and rocking chair opens on the garden and its rose garden.

• A Garden's house : a new outbuilding (2019) of 140 m² facing the pool and garden. Versatile interior space of 70 m² that can be used as bedroom for 2 to 4 people, library, TV lounge, dining room and projection room (home theater). A very pleasant outdoor terrace of 40 m² colonial style equipped with a bar can accommodate all residents of the villa for an aperitif, a lunch or a festive evening. A designer bathroom completes the equipment of this new space.

A spa: opened in the spring of 2018, this new spa with its original architecture and design offers a traditional hammam in Carrara marble, 2 massage tables, a beauty area for body care, face, manicure and pedicure. Professional therapists propose high quality treatments. The services of the hammam and the spa are paying options.


Outdoors

A luxuriant garden of one hectare: impossible to resist the nature spirit which irresistibly guides the visitor towards the garden, through grasses, tangerines, orange trees, palms and hundred-year-old olive trees. Traditional rammed walls design the paths and delineate the plantations. There is a rose garden full of the fragrance of thousands of flowers, and a vegetable garden where mixes mint, rosemary, vegetables and other tomatoes.

The swimming pool of 15 x 6 m, heated in winter (with supplement), occupies a privileged place in the heart of the garden between the villa and the "pool house".

A fitness area: for the more athletic a fitness area, hidden in the garden under a shade cloth offers 2 exercise bikes, an elliptical trainer, a weight bench and a series of weights and small dumbbells. Free service.

Outdoor games: a brand new petanque strip, badminton, and volley ball nets, an outdoor ping-pong table and a swing gantry for chirldren.

Notes

- The price does not include your meals except for breakfast.
- Local taxes must be paid to the housekeeper at the villa (€3.2 per night per person over 3 years of age - free for children under 3).

2 formulas of restoration are proposed:

• A la carte" formula: The chef prepares the meals to your taste and you pay: 24 € / pers for lunch (starter, main course, dessert, still water, tea or filter coffee) 30 € / pers for dinner (starter, main course, dessert, still water, tea or filter coffee) *Children under 12: 50% discount with a special children's menu ** One and the same menu for the whole group.
• En liberté" package (minimum one-week stay): Villa staff do the shopping. Guests pay cash for shopping as and when they need it, and pay only for meal preparation and table service 10 € / meal / pers aged 12 and over 5 € / meal / child aged 4 to 12 The "En liberté" formula applies only for a minimum of 7 nights and for groups of minimum 8 and maximum 20 people.

The villa offers a wine list. If you wish to bring your own bottles of wine and alcohol or purchase them on site, the villa will charge a very reasonable corkage fee:

• from 8 € per bottle of wine (75 cL)
• from €12 per bottle of Champagne or hard liquor
• from €1.50 per bottle or can of beer.

You can also take advantage of services at the spa and hammam (scrubs, massages and beauty treatments, at an additional cost).
