Villa Falina is a spacious 4 bedrooms villa which has been carefully restored with great attention to detail by its current owners in a sumptuous yet comfortable Moroccan style. The house sits in established Moroccan gardens of just over 1 hectare, with a large swimming pool, in a rural area 20 minutes from both the medina and airport on the Route d’Amizmiz and has fine views towards the Atlas Mountains. The nearest golf course is 5 minutes away. 
The villa is comfortable in both winter and summer as it has reversible air conditioning in all rooms.

Room 1
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 2
Master bedroom, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Super king size. Bathroom ensuite. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private balcony.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private balcony.
Indoors

On the ground floor there is a large salon, with two seating areas, and a large and welcoming fire place. There is a separate dining room, also with a fireplace and a table for 10, and a separate TV room.


Outdoors

Outside upstairs opens up to a second large roof terrace, with sofas and cushions for viewing the Atlas mountains.
Outside is a large terrace with a separate dining table and seating. In the gardens are several separate seating areas, organised to capture the best of the sun according to the time of day and the season, while the swimming pool (18m x 8m) also has a further seating area. The house & garden are well set up for children, with table tennis table and a gated swimming pool. 


Staff & services

The villa is fully staffed, with two gardeners/security (one of whom is on-site 24/7), a maid and a cook who can prepare fresh meals daily. The maids are able to babysit if required for an additional fee. We can organise an English & French speaking driver to pick you up at the airport and look after you for the duration of your holiday if you wish.


Notes

As internet in Morocco can be patchy, we recently installed a dedicated fibre line and now get superfast broadband, which means the house is well set up for guests who may need to do some work, or even just watch streaming TV.
