A luxury holiday home in the best part of Seminyak, Villa Tiga Puluh is an expansive and well-planned, seven-bedroom retreat which promises its guest a comfortable and enviably memorable stay close to all the hotspots of Seminyak. The 20-metre swimming pool runs the length of the well-manicured gardens, and bordering it are tall, palm trees. The aesthetic value of the villa with its contemporary interiors are one of opulence and absolute luxury.

Outdoor and Pool area

The verdant gardens are offset by the 20-metre swimming pool which is flanked by palm trees that run parallel to the length of the pool. The lush greenery and tropical vegetation complements the azure blue skies that are reflected on the surface of the waters. The pool deck is home to sun loungers and white umbrellas where you can sunbathe and work on your tan. As you swim around in the pool, you can relish the tranquil and calming ambiance. At the end of the pool, stands a Gladak house which is essentially a resting stop for the guests as it is fitted with a daybed for you to relax on.

Living Areas

With a high-vaulted alang-alang roof, the open-plan living pavilion at Villa Tiga Puluh is the provided or utmost comfort and relaxation with its homely atmosphere and luxurious furnishing. Spend time with your loved ones while you sit around the comfortable sofas and chairs the room is furnished with. The muted colors of the living area create an opulent ambiance. An artistically pleasing display of Asian lettering in art form has been put up in the room. Wooden lattice screen separates the living area from the outdoors and given you a stunning view of the sprawling pool and luscious gardens.

The dining area is a similar contemporary part of the living pavilion with a massive dining table in the room with wrought-iron chairs that give it an industrial, exposed look. A cabinet behind the table features hand-picked crockery with beautiful plates and saucers. Oriental urns are placed atop the cabinet for an Asian-style décor. Exotic lighting hangs from the roof for a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Large table lamps light up the room once the sun sets casting their afterglow on the sofas and the rest of the room, for a contemplative and serene ambiance. An air-conditioned media room with bright-green, L-shaped sofas is where you can watch films and enjoy a relaxing day in.

Bedrooms

The manner in which the bedroom suites are located is such that both sides of the swimming pool feature separate bungalows that are, in fact, the seven bedrooms that are parallel to each other. The master bedroom is the most spacious with a king-sized bed and a luxurious dressing area which is more like a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is partially open-air and features a natural stone, freestanding bathtub and an outdoor shower.

The six bedrooms that are also housed individually in these small bungalows are furnished with king-sized beds save for one room which is furnished with single beds. Each of the seven bedrooms has air-conditioners and the six bedrooms have dressing areas as well, and one suite can be connected to one of the bigger rooms to form a family suite. The en-suite bathrooms are either semi-open-air or full closed with bathtubs or showers.

Staff & Services

There are plenty of service that the villa manager is happy to arrange for you including in-house massages at the spa, babysitting, laundry, and car rentals for excursions. With a whole team to look after the management and cleaning, you wouldn’t have to worry about a thing.

Around the Villa

The villa is in an ideal location with Seminyak’s popular spots at walkable distance from the property. Oberoi’s ‘eat-street’ is minutes away and features restaurants like La Lucciola and Mutiara, high-end shopping, and plenty of cafes to check out. Head down to Seminyak beach for some heady exploration of the local shops and restaurants. Grab drinks or put your dancing shoes on at Ku De Ta or Potato Head beach club!
