The 3 suites are divided between two separate houses: the Garden House and the Tower.

Room, Ground level, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, living area, safe, dressing room, private terrace, fan.

Room 2 - Panorama suite (40m2) :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, living area, safe, dressing room, fan, balcony.

Room 3 - Tower loft suite (45m2) :
Room, 1st floor. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, living area, safe, dressing room, fan, balcony.


Indoors

The property comprises 3 buildings.
The Pavilion, which combines modern charm with Sri Lankan authenticity, offers spacious living areas that open onto the pool and garden. It includes indoor and outdoor lounges, a convivial dining table and a well-equipped contemporary kitchen. This space is perfect for sharing good times with family and friends. 
The property's 3 bedrooms are divided between the 2 other buildings, the Garden House and the Tower.


Outdoors

Surrounded by a vast, serene garden, the villa offers a charming outdoor setting. The infinity pool (12 x 4m - depth: 0.5 to 1.4m), lined with comfortable sun loungers, invites you to take a refreshing dip. The massage pavilion, nestling among the century-old trees of the cinnamon gardens, is the perfect place to relax and revitalise. There is also a rooftop terrace, the perfect place to relax and admire the surrounding scenery at any time of day.
The house also has 2 bikes at your disposal.
There is a parking for 2 cars.


Staff & Services

The price includes: a tropical breakfast, daily maid service and final cleaning. Housekeeping staff live on site in separate staff rooms near to the villa).
A shuttle service is available to Ahungalla beach (Shuttle to the beach by tuk-tuk on request).
On request and at an additional cost, the villa can also offer other services (chef, spa treatments, chauffeur-driven van, etc.).
