The design and feature interiors of this sustainably built property comes from a mastery of a Sri Lankan Architect, an Engineer, inspired by the property Co-Founder. The property is rooted in Sri Lankan-styled architecture, whilst being inspired by French-living. The designs follow a minimalistic plan with manipulation of cubic forms, rustic materials and marriage of the natural topography of the verdant green landscape with open indoor spaces.
There is 6 bedrooms in total, that overlook a garden, plantations, paddy fields and the mountain-silhouette filled horizon.
Guests can enjoy the Ambalama style restaurant & bar, designed to offer a truly unique Sri Lankan experience, offering international cuisine. The property also provides guests with access to a private fitness pavilion (a complete set of gym house material including “treadmill, squat, home gym, bench, spin bike, stretching...), a snooker, a spa & wellness pavilion and a meditation & relaxation area (a dedicated yoga pavilion is available in the villa’s garden).

The architectural and landscape design of the house has been perfectly adapted to the surrounding nature to ensure soil erosion and environmental disturbance.
The property features an expansive 54,000 sqft lush garden area (with tropical plants, fruit and spice trees) and is flanked by a dense Paddy Field and a Tea Plantation. Guests can enjoy dining and relaxing space within wildlife, terraces and a beautiful infinity pool.
