Superbly renovated in 2008, Chalet Benatzky is a masterpiece of Tyrolean craftsmanship. The chalet retains many beautiful antique engravings and floors. These combined with contemporary and modern furnishings make this one of the most elegant chalets in the region.

Indoors & Outdoors

Spread over 3 floors, the chalet offers over 550 m² of luxury for a family stay.
The chalet comfortably accommodates 14 guests in 7 bedrooms, and has a service room for staff if required. All double rooms can be prepared with either a double bed or twin beds as required.

On the first floor of the chalet is the grandiose living room, which opens onto the dining room. This room and many others throughout the chalet share a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Solid oak sliding doors lead from the living room into the kitchen, which features a mix of Tyrolean woodwork, contemporary art and modern steel appliances. Here you'll find a separate small table, perfect for entertaining children.
All the floors, bookcase and doors are made of 300-year-old oak, contrasting with the contemporary Chinese décor.
The fireplace is the focal point of the living room. The dining room table can comfortably seat up to 12 people.

Large doors lead from the main room to a southwest-facing terrace.

A twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is just off the kitchen.
A separate toilet is also located on this floor.

Enjoy the jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace.


Stairs lead from the corridor to the second floor.
A comfortable enclave opens just off the stairs, with built-in benches and a secret cupboard with glasses.
On the upper floors are 3 spacious bedrooms that can be prepared with double or twin beds, each with its own bathroom in stone and old oak, but also in black stone and gray tadellakt.

An old Tyrolean "Zirben-Stube" has been converted into a bedroom, and still boasts antique carvings and a traditional working stove. The master bedroom has a more contemporary design and a large sunny terrace overlooking the St. Anton valley.

Two children's bedrooms are also available. One with 3 single beds and private bathroom, and another with 4 single bunk beds and a separate shower room.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A single room for a nanny is also located on this floor.
The sunny 40 m² playroom on this floor is the ideal place to entertain children. This room can also be transformed into a cinema. The sauna / hammam can comfortably accommodate 4 people and has a separate shower.

The garage can accommodate one car, and the chalet has two additional outdoor parking spaces.
