Indoors

As a two floor villa, the house has a gound floor and an upper floor.
On the ground floor there is the bright and spacious living area with the comfortable living room, the dining table and the fully equipped kitchen. You have a direct access to the terrace as well as from the first bedroom. This bedroom can be turned into a work or a play room.
The first floor is composed of three bedrooms, each with its own balcony and three bathrooms.


Outdoors

The heated L shape swimming pool overlooks the sea and makes you admire the view while swimming. You can also relax on the deckchairs and get a tan.
You can enjoy your meals in the shady corner of the terrace on the dining table. It is the perfect place to admire sunsets.

The house is located in Vinisce, within 800 metres of Uvala Voluja Beach and 1.6 km of Ljubljeva Cove Beach. The nearest airport is Split, 25 km away.
