Indoors
The house offers comfortable interiors, fully airconditioned and has two separate entrances for each floor.
Guests will appreciate the living room (with seating area, smart TV, satellite, and Pay-TV), the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.
There are five queen size bedrooms (baby cots available on request - free of charge) and 4 bathrooms with showers. Bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries be available.
Outdoors
Guests can wake to the sound of waves and enjoy a gourmet breakfast against the backdrop of the cerulean Adriatic Sea and Elaphiti Archipelago, surrounded by scents of Mediterranean vegetation. Then, they can walk to the sun-kissed resort beach or swim in the crystalline waters of the villa’s private infinity pool (10m x 5m, depth: 1.30m).
Visitors can also enjoy the tavern-style summer kitchen, share a delicious alfresco dinner with their loved ones on the private terrace, while basking in yet another spectacular Adriatic sunset.
The property also has a laundry service (upon extra charge) and an access to the resort beach (deckchairs & parasols provided).

Villa Sun Gardens is closed to Dubrovnik, with its rich culture and history and the pristine nature of this ancient city’s surrounding.
