Indoors 

This 400m² residence was meticulously renovated in 2020. It has pleasant, tastefully decorated interiors.
Here, the authenticity and old-world charm of the old Ardèche farmhouses has been superbly combined with a modern feel to ensure you have the most comfortable stay possible.
You'll love the large living room, bathed in light thanks to large cathedral windows, which offers a picturesque view over the garden. The fully-equipped kitchen is designed to accommodate up to 16 people. It will allow you to prepare and share memorable meals in a convivial atmosphere.
The house's 8 bedrooms (each with en-suite shower room, TV, storage space and study area) offer you a personal refuge and the promise of cosy nights.
There's also a wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna, directly accessible from the house.


Outdoors 

The property boasts generous, pleasant outdoors. The unobstructed views over the mountains and the Doux valley offer unforgettable panoramas, particularly at sunrise and sunset. 
As you explore the beautifully flowered garden, you'll discover a space full of charm, creating an intimate atmosphere conducive to a calm and relaxing stay. 
In this villa, leisure activities have pride of place. There's a pétanque strip, table football, pinball and table tennis. 
The pool house, with its garden furniture and summer kitchen, is the perfect setting for memorable get-togethers.
You can also take advantage of the beautiful heated swimming pool* (11 x 5m). 
Car parking is available on site, and there is also a charging point for electric cars (at an additional cost).

*The swimming pool is heated from May to September.


Staff & Services

Everything has been thought of to make your arrival as pleasant as your stay. You will be warmly welcomed and given a presentation of the premises. 
The price includes the following services: beds made up on your arrival, household linen, bath amenities carefully placed in your bathrooms, a small welcome gift, heating of the swimming pool (from May to September), as well as maintenance of the garden and swimming pool.
There is a socket for recharging electric vehicles. The electricity consumption associated with this socket will be billed at the end of the stay.

The villa's surroundings offer an exceptional setting, steeped in tranquillity and surrounded by the splendour of the countryside.

- The house does not have air conditioning, but it does have a geothermal / heat pump air cooling system.
