This big villa can welcome a large family or a group of friends looking for peaceful holidays in a nice and safe environment, close to the beach.
Five bedrooms with their own private bathroom will allow each one of you to have privacy but the villa has enough common areas, where to all gather.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, private terrace.

Room 5
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 single bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV.


Indoors

The first floor is composed of the living areas : a living room, the dining table and the fully equipped kitchen, with a view over the sea. The bay windows let the sun enters all day long which makes the interiors bright. You will find two double bedrooms on the ground floor. You have access to the terrace of the property from the living spaces.
The ground floor is composed of the three other bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and a small living room.


Outdoors

You can enjoy your meals on the outdoor dining table under a covered terrace, to protect you if the sun heats too much.
The swimming pool, surrounded by the garden and deckchairs, allows you to relax and to do swimming in a quiet area.
The view offered once on the terrace is fabulous : directly over the turquoise water.


Notes 

As the villa is located in a resort, you have access to its restaurant, spa and swimming pool. You can also book activities such as kayak and paddle, and enjoy it right next to the resort.

Breakfast is included for the months of April, May and September. The breakfast rate is 25€ per person per night.
