Villa Timoteu is a contemporary waterfront villa in a protected environment. The house is located in a private estate of 10 hectares, bordering the sandy beach of Palombaggia and therefore has private access to the beach (about 2 minutes walk). The estate consists of beautiful forest areas and a large meadow, very peaceful and quiet. The villa is in the heart of the gorgeous Palombaggia area which combines the crystal clear water and century-old pine forests.

The villa is fully air conditioned and offers 3 bedrooms for 6 persons.
The living room and two double bedrooms face South.
All villa rooms have a beautiful view of the sea, the Cerbicales and Sardinia.

The villa also offers an outdoor swimming pool.
The terrace facing the sea has an al fresco dining table and 6 sunloungers, as well as a sofa with coffee table.
