Villa Illéa is a beautiful luxury residence, located near Propriano and a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Valinco. This architect-designed villa with modern lines is entirely open to the outside, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Valinco. You will be immediately charmed by this 230 m² house, with 200 m² of terraces, heated pool and sea view. It is a perfect place for a beautiful holiday in Corsica. The villa is an hour away from the Ajaccio airport. 


Bedrooms

Room 1
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. This bedroom includes also TV, dressing room.

Room 2
Room, Lower floor, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. This bedroom includes also TV, dressing room.

Room 3
Room, Lower floor, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, dressing room.

Room 4
Children bedroom, Lower floor. The bedroom has 4 Beds including 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also TV, dressing room.

Note: the house has 4 bathrooms in total (1 per double bedroom and 1 in the gym). The children's bedroom shares one of the 4 bathrooms.


Indoors 

This fully air-conditioned villa offers beautiful interiors. You will appreciate its decoration, a charming mix of beautiful and natural materials. It can accommodate up to 10 people (+1 baby).
The living room and the terrace, which are largely open to the sea, are comfortably equipped.
The kitchen is fully equipped. A thermomix will also be at your disposal.
The 4 bedrooms of the house (3 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom) will offer you the promise of beautiful restful nights.
One of the bedrooms is on the upper level of the house and the other 3 (including the children's bedroom) are on the lower level.
There is also a gym, which is located on the lower level of the villa. It includes a bike, a treadmill, an elliptical and fitness equipment. A bathroom with WC completes the gym.


Outdoors​ 

You will enjoy the swimming pool (heated and secured by an electric shutter), while admiring a breathtaking view of Propriano. The terraces are pleasantly furnished.
There are also two paddles at your disposal.


Staff & Services

The price includes welcome bath amenities (Casanera), 1 cleaning of 2 hours in high season (Wednesday afternoon), 1 cleaning of 3 hours with change of linen for long stays (Sunday).
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as a Drive service, massages, yoga classes, organization of quad rides, sea trips, catering service.
All the amenities for the little ones are available on request.


Location

The property is located near Propriano, just 5 minutes by car from the sea.
Thanks to its location, you will enjoy superb views.
The villa is a 1-hour drive from Ajaccio and Figari airports.
