Aldila is a property surrounded by a magnificent 5 hectares seaside garden and located facing the superb bay of Saint Florent. The estate is planted with Mediterranean species and you can access small sandy coves directly from the house. The villa of 300 m2 of contemporary architecture offers 1 large suite and 3 independent bedrooms. It can accommodate 7 people. House staff are at live indepedently on the estate (cook, housekeeper, caretaker).

Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds 1m x 1m80 that can be joined to form a double bed, bathroom with shower and washbasin 1 sink, toilet outside the room


Indoors

The house is divided into two parts joined by a concrete awning.

On the one hand, the master bedroom of 70 m2 overlooking the mountain and the sea with independent bathroom and an individual patio converted into an outdoor lounge. From there you have access to the sea by a path crossing the fruit tree. A large staircase ends on the patio leading from the swimming pool, from the entrance to the house and from the caretaker's house.

In the second building there is a large living room with a recessed dining area leading to the outdoor dining room with a view of the garden and the sea.
A staircase goes down to the 3 guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a view of the sea. They open onto a patio furnished with armchairs and benches. On the guest room side, there is a small path going up to the swimming pool and another going down to the sea.

The kitchen is at the end of the living room isolated by two doors and a guest toilet in a small room.

The house has central heating for winter stays.


Outdoors

Aldila is the ideal villa for nature lovers looking for absolute calm.
A swimming lane with superb sea view awaits you on the heights of the property. Swimming pool: depth 1.50m, fenced. The swimming pool is heatable.
Three terraces are arranged as outdoor lounges, one under the pines next to the guest house, the second on the terrace facing the central patio and the third in the patio of the master bedroom.
The house is 100 meters from the sea where there is a small sandy beach and next to the guest house a cove is fitted out with 2 large stone benches. Access to the sea is on foot in less than 5 minutes from both sides.


Service and Staff

Housekeeping every day (except Sunday and public holidays) by a housekeeper 3 hours in the morning from 9 am to 12 noon.
A cook is on site to prepare all your meals except Sundays and holidays.
A grocery delivery service is offered for 200 euros per week for 3 to 4 weekly supplies.


Location

The house is 15 minutes from Saint Florent by car. You can also walk there in around 45 minutes. The port is 10 minutes by boat.
On the beach side, you will have the option of mooring a boat.
