Villa du Cap is a luxury villa wit staff located a few hundred metres from the sea in Saint Florent, one of the loveliest village in the North of the Corsica. A path suitable for motor vehicles gives direct access to the shoreline and the bay of Saint Florent. The property is planted with cypresses, eucalyptus trees, pines, maquis (Mediterranean shrub), fig trees, arbutus trees and citrus trees....along with some one hundred olive trees, most of which are over four centuries old. The house can be reached by a path bordered by cypress and pine trees. The property has a tennis court (hard court) and a large (235 m2) swimming pool surrounding the panoramic terrace planted with vegetation and offerinf sunbeds and a beach umbrella.

Living room with TV, the kitchen opening onto a large terrace, 4 double bedrooms, three bathrooms and laundry room. It also has a large roof terrace. This house is located approximately 70 metres from the main house and enjoys a view of the sea and Cap Corse.

Outdoors

The swimming pool can be accessed directly from inside the house. There is a large iroko terrace facing the house, overlooking the swimming pool and the sea, an iroko pergola and a barbecue. The roofs are comprised of terraces with lighting and vegetation.


Staff and services

In August, the price includes the services of a very good chef who also does the shopping. Two other employees (for maintenance and service) and a gardener (for the garden and pool).

For the other months (April, May, June, Sept. ,Oct. and Nov.), the price includes the services of a chef and one other employee.
If your booking is for a group of more than 10 people, an additional maid will be required for 4 hours a day (not included in the price).


Location

The property is in Northwest Corsica in the Saint Florent bay, 2km from the village, 30 minutes from Bastia airport and 35 minutes from Bastia ferry port.
The property extends over 15.5 hectares. It has a unique view of the sea, the bay of Saint Florent, the city, its port and citadel, Cap Corse and the Agriates desert. The property is not overlooked, has no neighbours nor is there any other visible construction.
