The house's interior style is both minimalist and refined, featuring designer objects and works of art from the owner's personal collection. The bright, spacious main living room opens onto the garden and combines a warm ambience with meticulous decoration. A dining table and a large kitchen area equipped with modern appliances such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and induction hob are ideal for preparing tasty meals. The second living room offers additional relaxation space with its corner sofa, cozy armchairs, TV and work table.
Outdoors
The exteriors perfectly reflect the ambiance of the Côte d'Azur. The villa is surrounded by a garden featuring Mediterranean trees and plants. Several terraces offer a variety of relaxation areas, including lounge sofas, a covered dining table, and deckchairs around the elegant 9 x 4-meter oval pool (depth: 0.9 - 2.5 m).
The pool is equipped with an alarm system for safety and includes an outdoor shower.
