Indoors

Built in the 1930s, Villa Wenda was completely renovated in 2019 in a chic and contemporary style but respectful of the style elements of its origins, in particular in the living room and the dining area : a beautiful frescoed ceiling and a large fireplace of colored marbles. These rooms open onto a large terrace of over 60 m2 facing the sea.
With direct access to this same terrace, the fully renovated kitchen dressed in wood and travertine is fully equipped with new high-end appliances such as a professional 5-burner piano, with plancha & wok option, a Sodastream machine for soft drinks unlimited, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker for all coffee formats.
A beautiful wooden table makes it possible to have breakfast or your meals, always enjoying this view of Old Antibes beyond the bay. Meals can also be taken in the dining area (table 10 people)


Outdoors

Perfect to enjoy your summer meals under the sun, the 60m2 terrace with its long table offers you this possibility.
The lounge areas of the terrace will allow you to admire the sunsets.
You will have to take a small staircase to access the sublime infinity pool (can be heated at extra cost from April to October) overlooking the sea. Pool dimension: 11m x 5m (max depth 1.8m).
You will discover in the garden the essences of this part of the Coast: Citrus, olive, fig, pomegranate, myrtle, jasmine but also cacti and large spurges, as well as a pétanque field.


Location 

You are a 2 minutes walk away from the sea below and small successive small pebble beaches, 10 minutes from the public beach of Salis, the port and the city, 10 minutes from the Chapel and the Lighthouse of Garoupe.
You are a 3 minutes walk away from the restaurant Le Bâcon.
Within a radius of less than 3 km, you will find the public and private beaches of Cap d'Antibes: Keller beach on the eastern slope, Plage des Ondes, Cap d'Antibes beach on the western slope and the ports : Olivette, Crouton, Port Gallice, marina.
Antibes is also home to Europe's largest marina, Port Vauban


Notes 

- The house must be check-out in the state of check in as certified by an inventory signed at check-in.
- We will ask you to sign a discharged of responsability at check-in for the use of the pool and the pool security system.
- The language spoken by the house staff is French (other language on request).
- The price does not include the final cleaning at the end of the stay: 500 euros (excluding the cleaning of upholstery in case of stains).
- The price includes 10 hours cleaning per week (2 x 5 hours).
- A refundable security deposit representing 30% of the rental amount with a minimum of 10,000 euros will be required prior check-in.
