Visitors will also appreciate the beautiful Provencal house (Bergerie) of 160 square metres, composed of an entrance hall, a living room with a lounge/dining room, an American kitchen and three suites (with private bathrooms, television, air conditioning and terrace or balcony).
The other bedrooms of the property are located around the reception of the estate.

The estate opens onto a magnificent lush garden of 3000 square metres, with vegetable garden and vineyards.
Guests can also enjoy several shaded terraces, the pool of the Bergerie and a beautiful contemporary swimming pool (heated from April to October).

Gassin is in the centre of the Saint-Tropez peninsula : less than 2 km from the centre of Saint-Tropez, the perched village of Gassin and the beaches of Pampelonne. The villa is also close to a golf course, a polo club, a tennis club and a cycle path that leads to Saint-Tropez in just a few minutes.
