Indoors 

This villa, from which the sea is visible from almost every corner, provides lots of space, comfort and privacy. Luxurious and maritime, lavishly designed, it offers its guests the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation.
Due to the two completely self-sufficient living areas, the property is for example ideal for two families who want to vacation together.
The house consists of a pool level and a completely separate garden level.
On the pool level, guests will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with dining area, access to the pool area and open kitchen. From the living room it is possible to enjoy a beautiful view over the pool to the sea. There is also a shaded terrace right next to the open kitchen, perfect for a leisurely breakfast. 
On the garden level are two more bedrooms (each with its own large bathroom), a conservatory with a spacious living area, an open kitchen and a cozy TV corner. The garden level forms a completely self-sufficient unit that offers enough space and privacy for a whole family.


Outdoors​ 

This property, which extends over 2000 square metres, is not visible to the neighbors. So guests can enjoy their privacy undisturbed.
Visitors can appreciate the terraces, the garden and the pool/grill house with fully equipped kitchen, covered dining area and gas barbecue. This area is the perfect place to end the day with a meal and to sit and enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding hills until late at night.
They can also enjoy the large pool (10 x 5 metres - depth : 1.6m) with direct view of the sea and the distant horizon. The pool can be heated (with extra) and is equipped with an automatic cover. 
There is also a beautiful lounger and seating area with sea views, which offers a great alternative to the pool level.


Staff & Services

The price includes the provision baby equipment (on request).
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating.
Final housekeeping at the end of the stay is not included in the price.


Location

Villa Meridiane is located on a sunny hillside in the Les Roches Blanches district of La Croix-Valmer.
La Croix-Valmer, known for the high quality of beach water, is on the coastal road "Corniche des Maures" in the bay Cavalaire-sur-Mer between Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez. It has seven natural beaches with fine sand, which are spread over a 6 km long stretch of coast. The town is close to a large protected nature park offering enchanting walks in the woods and along the coast, such as the "customs officers' path" from Gigaro beach to Cap Lardier, which leads through a remarkable landscape.
In a few minutes by car, travellers can reach the port of Saint Tropez or the beautiful sandy beach of Pampelonne.
