Room, At apartment level, view of the garden. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 2 bunk beds 90 cm, 1 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, Lower floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 sofa bed. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, TV.


Indoors

The house is on two levels with three large terraces and a smaller one reserved exclusively to main bedroom.

The entrance to the villa gives access to a large warm and cozy lounge with long couches and a fireplace. The kitchen / dining room can accommodate 10 guests.
The large living room of 70sqm is divided into two parts with the living room and behind two small chairs to read a book or listen to music.
The living area consists of two large and comfortable sofas and a large 3D flat screen with a Bose sound system that also connects to Bluetooth for listening to music. Facilities: DVD, books, magazines, games companies and wifi. The living room is air conditioned.

A office room with desk and iMac 20 inch is available.

On the lower floor of the house, next to the entrance to the independent apartment is a TV room, aa perfect place for evenings watching a movie. The TV a very large 4K display screen 4K Blueray DVD player and a Dolby surround Bose stereo system.

Right next to the video room, you will find a hammam. The hammam can accommodate up to 4 people, it has 3 different heat programs, chromotherapy system, a shower and a stereo system to listen to any Bluetooth music of your choice.


Outdoors

Access to the property through a main entrance with a gate. There is a sheltered private parking for two vehicles. The large garden surrounding the villa is planted with olive trees, lavender and rosemary.

The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with stunning views over the vineyards of Bandol. Lunch can be set outside on the terrace adjoining the kitchen. Enjoy a delicious barbecue. Beyond is the swimming pool, deckchairs and pool house with fridge.

Another charming terrace with an outdoor lounge is located on the lower level with a portion of the covered terrace.

The 10x5 pool is heated to 26 ° minimum and has an outdoor shower. There is a motorized cover for the safety of kids and to maintan the heat during cooler nights. There are everal places to relax around the pool and the pool house. Bath towels are provided.

Behind the house is a large petanque area of 12x4m and a swing, a trampoline to entertain children. Attached to these games, a synthetic grass area of approximately 600m2 to play ball, do yoga, exercise or just enjoy the sun with family or friends.
