Indoors 

Set over two levels, this 250 m² house boasts high-quality fixtures and fittings and carefully thought-out decoration, creating an elegant, harmonious ambience inspired by the 1970s. 
The upper floor features a spacious living area. Thanks to the large bay windows, natural light floods into the open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room, providing a feeling of space and a constant link with the outdoors.
The house also features a TV lounge on the lower level, offering a cosy space where young and old can get together for movie nights.


Outdoors 

The large terrace on the upper floor becomes a living space in its own right, with a summer kitchen and outdoor lounge where you can enjoy al fresco dining and socialising while admiring the sea views.
