The ground floor is a bright and welcoming living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining room and refined lounge. Full-height windows flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular sea views, creating a warm and captivating atmosphere.


Outdoors 

A carefully landscaped garden surrounds the residence, with vegetation typical of the region ensuring tranquillity and serenity. The heated swimming pool (size 12 x 3.5 - depth 1.4 m) invites you to relax all year round, and the pool house with its adjacent bar promises pleasant moments under the Côte d'Azur sun. In addition, two large terraces offer sea views, perfect for al fresco dining.


Staff & Services

Your stay at the villa begins with a personalised welcome including champagne and flowers. A villa management service is available, as well as daily cleaning (5 days a week). Towels and bed linen are changed regularly, and the pool and garden are maintained daily.

Villa Bijao is ideally located, just a few minutes away from the main attractions of the Côte d'Azur. You are a stone's throw from the famous ‘Promenade Maurice Rouvier’, with easy access to beaches, the Beaulieu-sur-Mer casino and picturesque harbours such as St-Jean. Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Chèvre d'Or in Èze and the Grand Hôtel du Cap Ferrat are also just a short drive away. What's more, you can reach the house in 30 minutes from Monaco and 40 minutes from Nice airport.
