Note : Bedoom 6 (Belmondo) is ideal for children and teenagers and has no outside access.
Indoors
This beautiful 400 m2 villa, on a 4 000m2 plot of land, was built by the talented architect Mister Morisse (responsible of the Rebirth of Château Borelli).
You will appreciate the large and comfortable interiors, and its charming decoration.
The house features a Master Suite (with private terrace with sea view), 5 ensuite bedrooms, 1 Staff/Security crew rest, a laundry room, a TV room and study, a dining room, an indoor lounge with fire place.
You will also find air conditioning in all the house, a baby foot table, a tennis table, a SAMSUNG Smart TV and SONOS Sound System. Wifi and high speed internet are available throughout the house and property.
The villa also includes a dedicated space for the house staff (studio with security post).
Outdoors
The property offers incredible outdoors.
You can appreciate the landscaped and exotic astonish gardens (Caribbean/Oriental style with fruits trees, berries bushes, kitchen garden, Flamboyant half century old “Washington and Phoenix” Palm Trees).

Staff & Services
You will receive a truly tailor-made service provided by a team of world-class hoteliers.
The villa team consists of 1 property/concierge/travel & lifestyle manager (24/24 - 7/7 in person several hours per day and reachable by email/whatsapp/phone at all times), 1 private chef available to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner (7 days a week - 10 h per day), 1 butler to serve the 3 meals available (7 days a week - 10 h per day), 1 villa assistant-housekeeper (5.00 hours a day 7 days a week) and 1 maid for cleaning, washing and laundry (5.00 hours a day 7 days a week). There is also a pool technician (weekly visit the Friday morning) and gardeners (visit the Monday & Thursday mornings).
The price includes the pool heating (from May 27 till Sept 02, outside of these months there is an extra per week), a welcome service with champagne and flowers, daily cleaning/rooming/guest laundry (no dry cleaning) and turndown bedroom service, chef services (food & beverage at extra cost), butler services, concierge service (restaurants/beach clubs bookings…), supply and change of bed linen twice a week (Tuesday and Saturday), supply and change of towels as required, BAOBAB Home Fragrances diffusors and luxury toiletries in all the bathrooms (L’OCCITANE EN PROVENCE).
