Its sober and refined decoration underlines the play of transparency between outside and inside.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped designer kitchen, a large living room (double lounge - dining room), a covered terrace and the master bedroom.
The lower level includes a cinema room, a billiard room, a sports room, a wellness area (hammam, sauna, massage room) and 2 staff bedrooms.
The first floor offers 3 nice en-suite bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds.
The property also includes a garage for 2 cars.

The villa is set on a plot of over 2200 m2.
You will be able to enjoy the benefits of the open air, thanks to the various terraces and outside lounges which invite you to relax.
The green garden also houses a beautiful swimming pool (secured by alarm) with its pool house, as well as a petanque strip.

The price includes a daily cleaning, a concierge service and a mid-stay ben linen change.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as a Gourmet package including the services of a private chef and a hostess (for breakfast, snack and dinner - 6 nights out of 7).
