Indoors 

On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room which opens onto a large covered terrace. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with its own entrance, as well as the master bedroom (with its own bathroom, dressing and private terrace with views of the sea and the vineyards).
The house includes a mezzanine (garden level), where there is a guest suite, four large bedrooms and their bathrooms. 
In the basement there is a wine bar/cellar, a cinema room and a small gym with a sauna. 
A dedicated staff room and a technical area (laundry, storage) complete this level.


Outdoors​ 

You can enjoy the beautiful landscaped garden with its large swimming pool (18 x 4 meters - with infrared security system) and pool house with summer kitchen.
