The 11 x 5 m swimming pool is heated and secured by a cover. It has been completely restored. In front of the kitchen, the large courtyard which houses a summer dining room of 40 m², a real extension of the house towards the outside and towards the swimming pool. A barbecue is available. The garden is enclosed and has garden furniture and table tennis. Private parking for 4 cars is available.
Location
This villa on the Île de Ré located in Portes en Ré is ideally located, 300 m from the beach and 3 km from the shops. The Trousse Chemise golf course is a 10-minute walk away.
