Indoors
The property consists of two separate buildings: a main house (with 4 bedrooms) and a small house called "La Conciergerie" (which houses the other 3 bedrooms).
You'll love the superb interiors, designed by Dorothée Delaye, a well-known figure on the French design scene. This pretty Basque-Landes property has a laid-back feel, with a very chic yet relaxed atmosphere, bold colours and arty nods to surf culture.
There's a fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy library, a lounge-dining room with fireplace, a mini massage studio and 'Le Garage' (where you'll find surfboards, paddles, bodysurfs, fatbikes and golf clubs).
The villa is also equipped with top-of-the-range Bose speakers and guests have access to Netflix and Disney+.

The property features a pretty garden, terraces, a pool house, children's play equipment, a petanque strip and a beautiful heated swimming pool (9 x 4m).

For stays in very high season:
The price includes the same services as for the rest of the year as well as the following services:
- Chef 6 days a week - 10 hours a day (Food and beverages are excluded, groceries will be charged extra),
- Housekeeping (8 hours per day) - Overnight cleaning service on request.
Location
The property is located in Hossegor, one of the trendiest spots on the Atlantic coast.
From the south beach to the Estagnots beach, the legendary waves are always there. Just a few hundred metres from the sea, spread out on the edge of the lake, the town centre offers a gentle way of life that will appeal to all generations.
From the beginning of the 20th century, Hossegor attracted writers, intellectuals and industrialists, the founders of the resort, whose neo-Basque houses are scattered among the pine trees around the marine lake. A century later, the charm lives on.
