From the moment you enter the château, you'll be charmed by its cachet: the duke's study, a listed historic monument, illuminates history with its period-painted woodwork. Just 5 km from Amboise and the Château Royal, this property is ideally located: a stone's throw from Chenonceau, the vineyards and Tours. Easy access from Paris (direct TGV in 1 hr 05 min, then 20 min by car, or private heliport on the estate). Totally isolated (road 300 m away, no neighbors), it's a perfect base for exploring the valley, sampling local crafts, discovering markets, trails or historic homes. A haven of tranquility and culture in the Loire Valley.

Every day, guests are greeted by a fresh table with silver cutlery and roses in each room, which, together with the limited number of rooms, creates a warm, family atmosphere. The castle rooms invite you to stroll, read and write, and you can even enjoy a film in the in-house cinema. A friendly farm dog is always on hand and enjoys being petted during a walk around the grounds. We loved our stay so much that we hardly wanted to leave.
