The chalet has three en-suite double bedrooms and two single bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that can comfortably accomodate up to 8 people. 
One of the highlight of the chalet is the bright living room with its majestic fireplace. Through its bay windows, a breathtaking view of the surrounding slopes and mountains awaits you.
This exceptional chalet also has a superb wellness area with jacuzzi, hammam and massage room. Ideal to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation after a beautiful day on the slopes.
A ski room, a private car park with a covered parking space and an outside space are also at your disposal.


Staff & Services

The price includes reception at the property and cleaning at the end of your stay.
The villa offers its guests the possibility to benefit from additional services, on an optional basis and at an extra cost, such as a regular cleaning service on request.

The chalet is located in the heart of Courchevel 1850. 
It benefits from the proximity of all the amenities and is located a hundred metres away from the La Croisette ski lifts, giving you access to the entire Courchevel valley ski area.

- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
