The spacious living room is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, a television and WiFi access, creating a perfect space to relax after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, kitchen hood, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hob. The 5 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide optimal comfort, with beds made upon arrival, bed linen and towels provided and slippers for your comfort.


Outdoors

The chalet has a ski locker and a boot warmer to make your ski days easier. In addition, you will have a parking space for your vehicle.


Staff & Services

By staying at Chalet Carcentina, you will enjoy a personalized welcome with champagne, flowers, a welcome basket, slippers and beds made on arrival. A housekeeper is at your disposal 4h/day to ensure the maintenance and daily cleaning of the chalet, as well as the breakfast service. End-of-stay cleaning and a change of linen during the stay are also included.
Regular cleaning on request is also available for an additional fee.


Location

Chalet Carcentina is ideally located in Courchevel 1550, just 150 meters from the ski slopes, ski lifts and the village centre. You will also be just 300 meters from ski schools, allowing you to fully enjoy your mountain stay.

- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- If you cancel your booking, Villanovo shall make the property available for rent to other clients. If the property is booked to another client for the entire rental period, Villanovo shall refund to you 80% of the paid rental fee regardless of the cancellation date. If the property is rented to another client for a portion of the rental period, the refund shall be prorated accordingly..
- Special COVID-19: In the event of a travel ban taken by the authorities of the country of destination, we guarantee a full refund up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival at the villa..
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 61 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
