Many activities are available and the reception of the hotel, to which the chalet is attached, will be at your disposal for the organisation of your holidays.

Room 1
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also office table, balcony.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also office table.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. The bedroom has 6 Beds including 4 bunk beds, 2 trundle beds. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared.

Room 4
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also office table.

Note: Lower level room: shower and sink are inside the room (no dividing wall).

Indoors

The chalet can accommodate up to 6 adults and 6 children, thanks to its 4 beautiful bedrooms.
The pleasant living spaces have been ideally designed to share perfect moments with your family or friends.
You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living-bar-billiards area. From the living room-fireplace, you will be able to admire a superb panoramic view of the Mont Blanc.

Outdoors

You can enjoy the chalet's lovely garden and furnished terrace.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French - Italian
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 0.70 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Nous avons eu le privilège de séjourner en famille dans le luxueux chalet privatif. Cette expérience restera à jamais gravée dans nos mémoires ! Tout le confort et même plus... Le billard, le baby-foot, salle de bains avec baignoire à bulle, avec les chambres doubles munies de leur propre salle de bain... Le RÊVE !
Le personnel a été spécialement attentionné et bienveillant, ce qui nous a permis d'être tout à fait à l'aise en famille avec trois enfants. Nous étions déjà venu et nous réjouissons de pouvoir revenir!

Nous avons séjourné dans ce chalet privatif le temps d'un week-end. L'établissement a une vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Nous y avons passé un excellent moment en famille à l'occasion d'une célébration d'anniversaire (séjour d'une nuit que nous avons pu prolonger par une nuit supplémentaire en dernière minute). La qualité des prestations est parfaite et l'accueil très professionnel. Le restaurant est aussi très bon. Nous avons apprécié la flexibilité et disponibilité du Manager et du personnel pour satisfaire nos demandes. Nous serions ravis d'y séjourner à nouveau.
