Indoors 

The interior is designed to offer comfort and elegance. The main living area is flooded with light thanks to large windows opening onto a vast balcony. The warm and welcoming lounge features a wood-burning stove, creating a cosy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped modern kitchen opens onto the living area, facilitating convivial gatherings.

A TV lounge allows for pleasant evenings spent watching films or series.

The apartment includes two charming double bedrooms, tastefully decorated to provide a peaceful setting for rest. A cleverly arranged mountain corner accommodates two additional guests (bunk bed), bringing the total capacity to six occupants.

A covered parking space and a ski locker are at your disposal.


Outdoors 

The large balcony is a major asset of the apartment. It offers breathtaking views of the snow-covered peaks and allows full enjoyment of sunny days thanks to its excellent exposure. This outdoor extension becomes a privileged space to savour an al fresco breakfast or simply relax in an exceptional natural setting. The residence also provides practical access to the ski slopes.


Staff & Services

The rental includes: a welcome at the agency, wood for the fireplace*, bathroom products, bed and bath linen, beds made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning. A breakfast service is also included**. Regular cleaning is available upon request for an additional charge.

A high chair and a baby bed are available on request.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- The tenant undertakes to maintain the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. They must dispose of their rubbish and clean their dishes before leaving. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring abnormally excessive cleaning, the additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Reservation conditions

- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- If you cancel your booking, Villanovo shall make the property available for rent to other clients. If the property is booked to another client for the entire rental period, Villanovo shall refund to you 80% of the paid rental fee regardless of the cancellation date. If the property is rented to another client for a portion of the rental period, the refund shall be prorated accordingly..
- Special COVID-19: In the event of a travel ban taken by the authorities of the country of destination, we guarantee a full refund up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival at the villa..
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 61 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
