Welcome to Altachic, a comfortable apartment located in the heart of Morzine. Its location allows you to enjoy the magnificent landscapes of Morzine-Avoriaz. With three bedrooms and a cosy living area, it is ideal for spending quality time with friends or family. A covered parking space is also available.


Bedrooms

  • First floor: 3 en-suite bedrooms, including one family room (one double bed and one single bed) and one children's room (one bunk bed). Please note that the children's room and family room share a bathroom but have separate toilets.


Indoors 

The apartment combines tradition and modernity with touches of wood and contemporary design. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with various modern appliances, blends seamlessly into the living and dining room, offering a pleasant view from the balcony.

The three bedrooms, including one family room and one children's room, ensure comfort and tranquillity. Each bedroom has a functional and elegant en-suite bathroom.


Outdoors 

Located in the heart of Morzine, the apartment offers a spacious balcony to enjoy the fresh air and soothing views. A covered parking space is available, facilitating access to the apartment.

The proximity to the ski slopes is a real bonus for winter sports enthusiasts, who can enjoy an easy return after a day on the slopes.


Staff & Services

End-of-stay cleaning and linen are included. The concierge service can organise additional services: transfers, in-home massages, private chef services, grocery and ski pass delivery, as well as helicopter outings.


Location

Located in the centre of Morzine, Altachic is ideally situated for exploring the resort. Close to the ski lifts, ski schools and shops, it offers convenient access. Morzine is known for its varied slopes and numerous activities throughout the year, whether you are a skiing or hiking enthusiast.

- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- Cancellation occurs less than 168 Days to arrival day : 10 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 70 Days to arrival day : 25 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 35 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
