Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. , with bathtub, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also hair dryer, towel dryer, WC.

Room 3
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm.

Room 4
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. , with shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also hair dryer, towel dryer, WC.


Indoors 

As you enter the Chalet, you'll immediately be charmed by the warmth and comfort of its interiors. The ground floor houses a spacious living area, with a large enclosed kitchen with dining area, a stylish dining room and a welcoming lounge with a crackling wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings in.

The bedrooms are spread over three levels, offering flexible accommodation for groups of all sizes. The family room on the garden level has a king-size double bed and bunk beds, ideal for a family with children, and has an en suite bathroom with bath and heated towel rail.

Upstairs, another elegantly decorated double bedroom awaits you, with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. Further upstairs, the bedrooms on the upper floor include a family room with a double bed and a cot (80 x 60), and a more intimate double room and en suite bathroom.


Outdoors

The Chalet boasts magnificent outdoor spaces. On sunny days or starry evenings, take advantage of the outdoor jacuzzi for a moment of absolute relaxation, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, invites you to gather for al fresco meals or simply to admire the serene scenery. Games lovers will also appreciate the indoor petanque court, a feature that makes this chalet unique.


Staff & Services

The rental price includes the reception at the agency and the cleaning at the end of your stay (except the kitchen).
The chalet offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from additional services, optionally and with supplement, such as a regular cleaning service on request.


Location

Located just a 5-minute walk from the village of Montriond, the chalet is also served by a free shuttle bus to the Ardent cable car, this takes you directly to the Avoriaz ski area, from where you can easily explore the Portes du Soleil.
