Chalet Aspen is a pretty 6-bedroom chalet located at the top of Les Brévières in the Belvédère district. It has a balcony and terrace with views of the ski slopes and the Dome de la Sache massif.

Bedrooms

6 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and flat-screen TV.
All rooms have a private bathroom with vanity unit, bath, heated towel rail, hairdryer and WC.

This 170m² chalet can comfortably accommodate 12 people thanks to its 6 bedrooms.
You enter the chalet via the large terrace, which leads to a small entrance hall and then to the large living room with fireplace and impressive 4-5 metre high ceilings. The open-plan kitchen adds even more space to the communal areas.

The chalet has 3 levels:

Ground floor:
- 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
- 1 sauna.
Level 1:
- entrance hall.
- large terrace (wooden deck).
- fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living/dining room: 1 fridge with 3-drawer freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 extractor fan, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 kettle, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 traditional coffee maker, 1 toaster, all crockery and cooking utensils.
- dining area with table and chairs to seat 12 people.
- 1 large living room with sofas and armchairs, coffee table and central fireplace.
- 1 alcove - separate sitting area with flat-screen TV, small table and sofa.
Level 2:
- 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.

Staff & services

The rental price includes use of the sauna, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, wood for the fireplace (20 logs), baby cot and high chair, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen), private ski lockers, drying room for ski boots and 3 covered parking spaces (free of charge) (for any additional spaces: outdoor public car park at Les Brévières: To be booked directly on the INDIGO website).

Location

Located in Tignes Les Brévières (1650m) in the Belvédère district, Chalet Aspen is ideally situated for enjoying the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Tigne Les Brévières is linked to the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area by the Sache cable car. The chalet is also close to shops, the ski school and a beginners' slope with free ski lift.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 17:00 h - Check out : 9:00 h

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 30 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 15 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 8 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
