Note : Bedrooms 1 and 2 are facing each other, separated by a large corridor which gives access to the rear garden. This space is sought after by parents with children under 10 years old.
Indoors
This single-storey villa is a former outbuilding, which has been carefully renovated. In addition to offering comfortable and beautiful interiors, this house benefits from a natural coolness thanks to the thickness of its walls, highly appreciable on the hottest days.
Inside, guests can appreciate a large and friendly living/dining room with wood-burning stove, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (all with mosquito nets), and two bathrooms.
They can also enjoy the sauna and the superb heated indoor pool (at 28° all year round).
Outdoors
The villa is nestled in the heart of a beautiful and vast park, where it is possible to admire hundred-year-old classified trees.
Guests can enjoy the benefits of outdoor living thanks to the lovely garden surrounding the house, the outdoor terrace and the solarium with sun loungers.

The price includes bathroom amenities, the provision of pool towels, the provision of baby equipements and bikes (on request), the pool heating, and pool and garden maintenance.

Located 40km south of Toulouse, Villa Chantel is easily accessible from the A64 motorway.
The property is located in Marquefave (a village on the banks of the Garonne), where it is possible to find a grocery shop.
Guests can reach Toulouse and its city attractions in only 30 minutes.
In addition, the property is crossed by the Way of Saint Jacques de Compostelle and is close to the Via Garona (a cycle path that crosses the Volvestre and links Toulouse to Saint Bertrand de Comminge).
Travellers can also find a water sports centre 5 km away, a golf course 30 km away and discover the historic villages of Comminge and Ariège.
