The ground floor has a large kitchen and a spacious living room whose openings give direct access to the terraces of more than 150m2 which offer a bird's eye view of the Alpilles massif.
On the kitchen side, the villa houses two shaded dining areas thanks to its wooden pergola

On the lower floor there are 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms with their private bathrooms which can accommodate 8 adults. You can wake up in the heart of Provence with direct access to the swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the Alpilles region.

The interior decoration of the villa reflects the image of the place, everything is in harmony and contrast: Baux limestone and dark oak parquet floors, antique-looking joinery and ironwork on the stone façade gilded by the sun.

Its geographical location perfectly combines proximity to the village and tranquility for a feeling of absolute plenitude in the heart of Provence.

The motorway is 20 kilometers towards Paris, Lyon and Geneva, and also 20 kilometers towards Italy and Spain.
Avignon airport is located 6 kilometers away. Marseille airport is located 70 kilometers away. You can also come by private jet, landing for example at the airports of Nîmes, Aix or Avignon, or arrive at the Mas by helicopter since it is possible to land in the nearby fields.
Avignon train station is located 18 kilometers away.
