Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 single bed 100 cm. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower.


Indoors 

This 180 square metres luxury villa has been designed and furnished with the utmost care to meet the needs and desires of its guests. Every detail has been carefully thought out. Visitors will appreciate the superb decoration of the interiors, which gives the house a real personality.
Guests will feel at home in this incredible environment, offering comfort and elegance.
The villa has a large and friendly living area with warm colours. This cosy space is very bright thanks to its large bay window overlooking the garden. 
The house also has a modern and welcoming open kitchen with dining table and direct access to the terrace.
Guests are guaranteed a restful night's sleep in one of the four beautiful bedrooms in the house. Each bedroom has high quality bedding and an en-suite bathroom with toilet (three of the bathrooms have a large walk-in shower, the fourth bathroom also has a bathtub). Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor and the other two are on the ground floor.


Outdoors​ 

The property is situated on a high ground and has a beautiful Provençal garden of 4000 square metres with a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The tiered garden unfolds in front of the house and stairs lead up to the pool area and its pergola, from where we can enjoy a magnificent view of nature. Guests can enjoy the beautiful heated pool (10 x 4.5 metres and secured by an alarm) or simply relax in the sun loungers.
They can also appreciate the villa's lovely shaded terrace, ideal for sharing a meal, and the lounge area which provides an ideal place for aperitifs, coffee or reading.
A little way off the terrace, a small path leads to a petanque strip between the trees, perfect for spending a nice late afternoon playing.


Staff & Services

The price includes a comfort cleaning during the stay (3h per week), the final housekeeping, replacement of bed linen (every 7 days), bath amenities, 10 Nespresso capsules & a cleaning kit and garden/ pool maintenance.


Location

Situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux, Villa Galissea is ideally located for visiting the beautiful region of Vaucluse, which is rich in activities, walks and visits. Indeed, in addition to its nature walks, the region has a very rich historical and cultural heritage. 
The villages of the Luberon and their charming little streets will invite travellers to stroll around: Gordes, Ménerbes, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Lacoste... 
Guests can also visit Avignon and its unique historical sites, such as the "Palais des Papes" and the "Pont d'Avignon".
The property is only a few minutes away from the centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines, where there are charming shops and restaurants, but also pretty streets and the 41 fountains that have made it famous.

Note

Pool heating is included in the price and is available from 15 May to 15 September. 
However, it is important to note that pool heating only allows you to gain 4 or 5 degrees more than the outside air temperature. The villa is dependent on the weather and cannot guarantee an exact swimming temperature, particularly on cool nights. 
The maximum temperature of the heating system is 28°. Swimming pools are generally naturally warmer during the summer months, with the water easily reaching 30 / 31° at these times.
