Villa Denaé is a beautiful four bedroom house located in Gémenos, at the foot of the Sainte Baume. This privileged place in the South of France is only 20 minutes from the heart of Marseille, Aix en Provence and the Calanques of Cassis. This residence with heated pool, is also a temporary exhibition space. With a capacity of up to 14 people, it is the perfect place for a lovely holiday in France.

Indoors
This 300 square metres villa spread over three floors, is a former farmhouse completely renovated.
On the ground floor, guests will find a large living room with a terrace overlooking the garden and the pool, a spacious dining room with a wood-burning stove, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a second shaded terrace and a lovely bedroom with a shower room (opening onto a third terrace).
The first floor has a pleasant chill-out area (with armchair, footstools, turntable and books) ideal for working or relaxing, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, and a large bathroom.
On the second floor there is a large under-roof suite and a bathroom.
Outdoors
The property offers a pleasant 200 square metres garden with a synthetic lawn, several terraces, a Balinese bed, deckchairs, a heated pool (16 square metres) and a pergola with dining area.
Guests can also enjoy a pizza oven/brasero for summer dinners.
The villa has a large private car park with space for 3 to 4 vehicles.
Staff & Services
The price includes the rental of the entire property, wifi and a Netflix access.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as a housekeeping service during the stay, contact with local partners (fruit and vegetable delivery, van with driver, bicycle rental, cycling and walking tours, beautician and massages at home, small concierge service...).
Full housekeeping at the end of the stay is not included in the price and depends on the length of the stay.
