Indoors


The interior exudes a warm atmosphere thanks to the use of noble materials like oak and brushed larch. On the ground floor, the fully equipped open kitchen leads to a spacious dining area seating up to 10 people. An intimate lounge invites you to relax by the fireplace, complemented by a multi-room audio system and bar. You'll also find a wine cellar, cloakroom, separate toilets, a bathroom, and a modern laundry room.

Upstairs, four beautifully appointed bedrooms offer comfort and spectacular views of the surrounding glaciers. The master bedroom has a bathtub and a sink, while two other double bedrooms are equipped with en-suite showers and toilets. The children's dormitory, with its bunk beds, is perfect for the youngsters, complete with its own bathroom. Every detail is designed for your comfort and well-being.


Outdoors

The house opens onto a shared shaded garden, perfect for sunny summer days. The garden is equipped with a cabin, garden furniture, and deckchairs, inviting you to enjoy the surrounding nature in peace. A secondary entrance with a ski room facilitates access after a day on the slopes, while the wood shed and outdoor parking add practicality to your stay.


Staff & Services

The rental includes: welcome at the property, bed linen and towels, beds made on arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning. Regular cleaning is available upon request, for an additional fee.

A high chair and baby cot are available on request.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- The tenant undertakes to maintain the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. They must dispose of their rubbish and clean their dishes before leaving. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring abnormally excessive cleaning, the additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- If you cancel your booking, Villanovo shall make the property available for rent to other clients. If the property is booked to another client for the entire rental period, Villanovo shall refund to you 80% of the paid rental fee regardless of the cancellation date. If the property is rented to another client for a portion of the rental period, the refund shall be prorated accordingly..
- Special COVID-19: In the event of a travel ban taken by the authorities of the country of destination, we guarantee a full refund up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival at the villa..
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 61 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
