The large private swimming pool is surrounded by a wide deck with comfortable designer furnishing ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Two shaded separate dining areas, one by the fully equipped barbecue, that can host more than 16 guests complete the architect’s intention for perfect outdoor accommodation.

The interior of the main house is ideally made to meet the needs of the most demanding guests and to offer nothing less than a luxurious and comfortable resort in a modern Mediterranean style. White washed walls, beige stone floors, white sofas and armchairs and unwrought wooden tables and details create large, refined and chic yet simple and cozy spaces, ideal for a summer house. All that, combined with the surrounding large white windows, make the place super bright and airy, with the best view of the sea and the pasture around it. The big, fully equipped kitchen offers numerous possibilities for the guests that would prefer cooking on their own for their family or friends. All bedrooms are spacious, bright and minimal, offer every comfort and privacy to the guests and have full access to the outdoors, while the master bedroom has its own private shaded terrace with an amazing sea view.
