A guest WC is available on the same floor for all residents and visitors. The staircase leads to the lower floor of the villa where guests can find the master bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom as well as two more bedrooms with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower. The brilliantly white interiors and fabrics emit a sense of purity, clarity and refinement inviting guests to immerse in a haven of luxurious comfort. The kitchenette on the lower floor can come in handy for a quick espresso or a quick snack.
Villa Midas is a quaint oasis of harmony and peacefulness offering generous living spaces and sprawling outdoor areas for guests to unwind under the sun kissed sky. Residents are welcome to enjoy their freshly prepared morning breakfast at the lounge area on the spacious verandah in view of the endless horizon or relish a luscious dinner at the outdoor dining area under the veil of stars choreographed with the flickering candle lights and the divine aromas of Parisian flowers and natural fragrant herbs.

Maison bien située.

le jacuzzy a été un plus car non indiqué dans le descriptif de la maison.
- ménage très léger : les serviettes n'étaient pas changées - une personne a dû dormir sans drap une nuit - le ménage dans la cuisine n'allait pas (plaque de cuisson, placard mal nettoyés, ustensiles non rangés à notre retour le soir) - poubelle non vidée
- Cuisine mal équipée: 5 verres à vin alors que la maison est indiquée pour 6, pas de casserole, pas de poêle.
Pas d'accessoires pour le ménage : balai, torchon, etc, pas d'étendoir pour le linge (nous avons du acheter un fil et des pinces à linge.)
Pas de mode d'emploi pour l'électroménager.
- les chambres ne sont pas totalement comme dans la description. une des chambres a une toute petite salle de bain et de très petites fenêtres.
- il manquait des ampoules sur la terrasse, près du barbecue
- Personne ne nous a contacté la veille ou le jour du départ, nous n'avons donc vu personne avant de quitter la maison.
- Location voiture / scooter : nous devions avoir le scooter à notre arrivée et nous l'avons eu seulement le lendemain dans la matinée (aucun remboursement de la part du loueur), le plein de la voiture n'était pas fait.
En conclusion, le personnel sur place nous a paru très léger et peu impliqué par rapport à l'écoute reçue lors de nos échanges de mails avec l'équipe de Villanovo avant notre arrivée.
