The villa’s interiors, designed by award-winning architects, blend contemporary style with Messenian traditions such as stone walls and wooden furniture. The main house features spacious living areas, including a dining room that seats eight to ten people, a lounge with a bioethanol fireplace, and a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There is also a cosy TV lounge. The interior atmosphere, with its natural materials and subtle lighting, promotes relaxation and conviviality.
Outdoors
Set amidst 10,000 m² of olive groves, the villa features landscaped gardens with fruit trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The infinity pool (13 x 4 m – depth: 1.3 m), with a shallow end, is ideal for relaxation. The outdoor areas feature shaded pergolas, an outdoor kitchen with an OFYR barbecue, and spots to enjoy cocktails at sunset. The large, full-height sliding doors blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, creating a seamless and harmonious outdoor living experience.
The parking can accommodate 6-8 cars.

Ideally situated for exploring the attractions of Messenia, the villa is close to all the main points of interest. The charming coastal village of Gialova, with its shops and restaurants, is just a five-minute drive away, whilst the historic town of Pylos is 20 minutes away. The beaches of Divari and Voidokilia, renowned for their stretches of golden sand and crystal-clear waters, are easily accessible.
