The villa is located in the district of Kounoupitsa, 10 minutes walk from the main village (Dapia) and 5 minutes walk from the sea, a few shops and restaurants.
The villa consists of a main house with three double bedrooms and two separate pavilions (each with a double bed) and a garden of 1,500m² with swimming pool.
Indoors
Main house:
The ground floor accommodates a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a double room (with double or twin beds) and a suite (with double or twin beds). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Each upstairs bedroom has access to the verandah where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea.
A bedroom with a separate entrance is also located in the main house and has a double bed (or twin) and a private bathroom.
Pavilion 1:
An ancient olive grove converted into a cozy nest. A beautiful space includes a lounge, a kitchenette (mini fridge, hotplates, dishwasher), a sleeping area (double bed) and a beautiful bathroom with an Italian shower. Can accommodate a third person in the lounge area.
Pavilion 2:
This large pavilion of 30 sqm is located at the end of the garden providing privacy. The pavilion fetaures a living area with kitchenette (mini fridge, hotplates, dishwasher), an open bedroom (double bed) as well as its own bathroom with shower.
Equipment : air conditioning in all living areas and bedrooms, TV, stereo system, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fans, iron and hairdryer.
Outdoors
Villa Icarios is equipped with a swimming pool, barbecue.
