This villa, a breezy retreat designed in a tropical resort style, is a rarity offering luxury living by the sea and perfect privacy. The 9 bedroom retreat is made up of six separate units that are scattered around the estate, connected through paved pathways that snake around the plot. The units are surrounded by decks and terraces that are fitted with large pergolas to create space for open-air lounges and dining spots.
The main terrace is dominated by a stunning infinity-edge pool that blends into the sea below. The terraces give way to tree-fringed gardens that stretch all the way down to the water. Other amenities include an outdoor shower tucked into the trees, a mini-spa, a plot with fruit and vegetable and an open-air cinema. A few steps further, there is a stone-built promenade and a dock.
The interior is pierced by vast openings that create a seamless connection between inside and out and offer alluring vistas of the seascape and the verdant surroundings. Modern and vintage furnishings in soothing beige and white tones outfit the open-plan living areas. Each of the bedrooms boasts its own style, from country-chic vintage to modern to colonial-chic. The retreat includes four independent guest rooms with private verandas.
