Chalet Panoramica is a stylish apartment with service, laid out over a single floor and situated within the four star Boutique Hotel Rodella. This beautiful chalet is of new construction and beautifully furnished in a classy mountain style. Perched on top of a hill, the views are simply breathtaking, with the village of Selva and the Sella Massif to the east, the dramatic Sassolungo to the south and the Pic to the North. There really is no better view to wake up to. This apartment, which can accommodate 5 persons, is perfect for a beautiful stay.

Indoors & Outdoors

This chalet of 75 m² offers beautiful interiors, comfortable and well-equipped.
Guests will appreciate the private lounge / dining area with kitchenette, two double rooms and one single bedroom (all with en-suite bathroom).
They will also enjoy the balcony.

Chalet Valséo, Chalet Lofti and Chalet Panoramica have a private lockers in the shared ski and boot room (it is also shared with the hotel guests), from where one of the three shuttle busses will accompany them on the 3-minute ride to and from the slopes and village center from 8.00 – 18.30.


Staff & Services

The price includes : breakfast (only included in winter - served in the apartment or the hotel - 7 days during the stay), dinner (only included in winter - served in the apartment or the hotel - 6 days during the stay), afternoon tea, tea and coffee, a cheese and wine tasting (in the wine tavern once during the week), daily house keeping, bath products, use of bathrobes and flip flops, fresh flowers on arrival, free Wi-Fi, prosecco and canapés on arrival and introduction to the area, concierge service, driving service to and from the village and slopes from 8.30 – 18.30.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as transfers or day trips by helicopter (can be arranged from right next to the chalet - during daylight hours).

Guests also have use of the hotels new in/outdoor heated panoramic pool, with stunning views. Plus, the wellness area with Finnish sauna, Hammam, ice shower, water beds and infrared loungers. There is a new beauty center, where a variety of massages and beauty treatments are on offer.

Chalet Panoramica has a dream location in Selva. It has a perfect starting position for an unforgettable holiday : the proximity to the sky slopes as well as hiking trails guarantee a time far away from everyday life.
The apartment is :  50 km from Bolzano airport, 120 km from Innsbruck airport, 195 km from Verona airport, 280 km from Bergamo airport.
It is also possible to fly from any of the above airports and land right behind the chalet.
