Indoors
Majestic, refined and elegant, the villa Rosalia was renovated in 2019 and has an area of 1000 m2 spread over 5 floors, with elevator.
Garden floor
You will find a fully equipped kitchen of 100 m², a large hallway leading to the pool with direct access to the garden, a terrace, ideal for breakfast, outside the kitchen, an al fresco dining area under the pergola but also 2 dining rooms that can accommodate up to 16 people.
The garden level also has an indoor pool, a gym and a cloakroom with a hair dryer, bath towels, and a shower.
First floor
On the first floor is the entrance hall of the house and a spacious open living room with satellite TV (with Netflix, Youtube, Prime video ...), with direct access to the terrace and its lounge area.
You will also find a second lounge with library, ideal for relaxation, also with access to the terrace.
The second and third floors house the bedrooms and their bathrooms.
Fourth floor
Here you will find a living room with roof terrace, and 3 bedrooms.
Outdoors
Thought and designed to offer you a wonderful stay, Villa Rosalina is as sumptuous inside as it is outside.
With 10,200 m2 of landscaped gardens, the villa offers a quiet, peaceful, idyllic environment, and many upscale amenities such as a football field (convertible into a tennis court or volleyball court), as well as spacious terraces equipped with lounges and dining areas, a large parking space, and splendid views of Lake Como, which you are not ready to forget.
Staff & Services
Is included in the price : exclusive use of the property and its facilities, welcome drinks, breakfast, private chef (food and beverage not included), housekeeping, concierge, home manager, gardening, maintenance, luxury bath products, towels and linens changed regularly, high-speed wifi, smart TVs with Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime video, more than 20 satellite channels, air conditionning / heating.
Notes
Staff may be available on overtime (surcharge):
Daytime hours: 250 € / hour for the chef, 100 € / hour for each of the other staff members
Night hours: 22h - 7h30: rate to be defined for the chef according to the requested service, 150 € / hour for each other staff members.
In case of particular events requiring an organized and specific service of the staff, the hours of presence will be invoiced, in addition to the expenses related to the event, in accordance with the agreements concluded in advance.
The staff has two independent apartments at the entrance of the property.
Laundry services:
Hand wash: 10 € per item + additional staff extra-time.
Washing + drying: 25 € per machine (maximum 3kg).
Ironing: € 2 per item+ additional staff extra-time.
City and tourist taxes must be paid on the spot, in cash.
Grocery shopping apart from breakfast * not included
* Grocery for traditional Italian breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, herbal tea, fresh fruit juice, muesli, cereals, natural yogurt and fruit, selection of marmelades, nutella, sweet and savory cakes, buns / biscuits, local bread freshly baked oven, local fruit) is included in the rental price. Additional ingredients are not included.
The security deposit for catering costs is 500 € per guest for stays of 7 nights minimum, and 250 € per guest for stays of 3 nights minimum.
The deposit must be paid upon confirmation of the reservation. The deposit will be used for basic grocery shopping before the guest’s arrival and it will be balanced according to further expenses made during the stay.
Possibility of early check-in from 11am for an additional 50% of the price of one night. If the villa is available the day before arrival, check-in from 8:00 is possible at an additional cost of one night.
Late check-out is possible at 14:00 for an extra charge of 50% of the price of one night.
